President. Josh Ladick Graduated from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Cognitive Science in 2005. The emphasis of his studies was on usability and web design. Over the past 5 years he has developed methods to increase website usability and conversion results. Josh lives in Carlsbad, CA and enjoys his Acts 29 church, surfing, reading, his wife and 2 dogs.
